Installing PostgreSQL

The the CRAM software has been tested with PostgreSQL version 8.1.3. We expect the CRAM software to work with newer versions of PostgreSQL as well, though that can't be guaranteed. There are no known advantages to using a version of PostgreSQL newer than 8.1.3 with CRAM.

• Newer versions of PostgreSQL for Windows are available from the PostgreSQL FTP Browser.
