Description:

Your training instructors will be Debra Sykes, senior botanist at ECORP, and Cara Clark from the Central Coast Wetlands Group at Moss Landing Marine Labs, a member of the statewide CRAM development team and the Level 2 committee of the California Wetlands Monitoring Workgroup. The classroom portion of the session will be held at the ECORP offices at 2529 Warren Drive, Rocklin CA 95677. The field portion will be held at various wetlands around the greater Sacramento area. Please plan on carpooling with other participants to field sites.

We encourage your registration and fees before April 17, 2018; a decision to hold or to cancel the session will be made on this date based upon number of registrations (minimum of 10 needed). If registration numbers are not met, we will cancel the session and refund fees in full. The following refunds will be given if the participant must withdraw: Full refund minus $50 administration fee if before 4/10, 50% refund if before 4/27, no refund after the session has begun. Course agenda and details will be emailed to participants two weeks prior to the session.

Field Equipment: 
Participants will need appropriate footwear (knee boots ) and field clothing. Please be prepared for multiple days in the field. You will need sunscreen, a hat, rubber boots, rain gear, and drinking water.
