3-day Vernal Pool CRAM Training

Description:

Your training instructors will be Cara Clark from the Central Coast Wetlands Group at Moss Landing Marine Labs, and Sarah Pearce from the San Francisco Estuary Institute. Cara and Sarah and members of the statewide CRAM development team and members of the Level 2 Committee of the California Wetlands Monitoring Workgroup. The classroom portion of the session will be held in the offices of Vollmar Natural Lands Consulting at 2401 Capitol Ave, Sacramento 95816. The field portion will be held at various wetlands around the Roseville/Rocklin area. Please plan on carpooling with other participants to field sites.

We encourage your registration and fees before February 3rd, 2020. The following refunds will be given if the participant must withdraw: Full refund minus $50 administration fee if before February 3rd, 2020, 50% refund if before February 17th, 2020, no refund after February 17th, 2020. Course agenda and details will be emailed to participants two weeks prior to the session.

Field Equipment: 
Participants will need appropriate footwear (knee boots and hiking boots) and field clothing. Please be prepared to be in the field each day. You will need rain gear, sunscreen, a hat, rubber boots, and drinking water.
